Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. It includes a person’s ability to work, play, and enjoy a normal daily life. According to the World Health Organization, being healthy means that a person is free from disease, infirmity, and other conditions that may impair one’s quality of life. Various definitions are used to define health.

There are many ways to promote good health, including encouraging and reducing unhealthy activities and avoiding unhealthy situations. However, there are many factors that affect the level of health. Some of which are individual choices and some of which are structural in nature.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and is a major resource for society. Good health provides the means for people to lead meaningful, purposeful life. The World Health Organisation’s definition of health is based on the biopsychosocial model of health, which includes the biological, social, and psychological factors that influence health and disease.

Health can improve through a variety of activities, including diet, exercise, and social relationships. However, a person must also be able to deal with the effects of a disease. Which may be ongoing, or in the past.

The article goes on to explain that health is a dynamic process rather than a static state. This dynamic process includes health, happiness, and prosperity. The World Health Organization defines wellness as “complete well-being.” One of the greatest health problems today is depression. People who experience depression often have trouble sleeping and eating well.

Health  a societal goal and can be promote by promoting activities and environments that promote health. Some of the factors that influence health cause by an individual’s choices; others are caused by structural and social conditions.

While sugar may seem like an innocent byproduct of a meal. Many of us consume far more sugar than we need. Sugar has zero nutritional value and can cause excess weight and diabetes. Not only that, but it also reduces heart health. We should think of our calories as a budget and only consume what we need to fuel our bodies. Anything that leftover can be used for discretionary calories.
